Our neutral dry vibratable refractory is formulated with high-purity alumina and corundum as raw materials, combined with composite additives. It boasts excellent thermal shock resistance, high density and low porosity, making it ideal for lining medium-frequency induction furnaces melting stainless steel and alloy steel. The acidic dry vibratable refractory, mainly composed of high-purity quartz, is specially designed for melting cast iron and carbon steel in coreless induction furnaces, featuring superior acid slag resistance.
The induction coil mortar is a special refractory mortar for protecting induction furnace coils. It has strong adhesion, high-temperature insulation and crack resistance, effectively preventing molten metal from eroding coils and avoiding coil deformation during furnace lining removal. Our refractory green mortar, made of high-purity corundum-based oxides, is a high-performance plastic patching material with excellent erosion resistance and low phosphorus content, suitable for hot and cold repair of furnace linings and ladles.
